At Su Chases Interiors we are unfortunately unable to deliver to locations outside of the mainland UK. This is something we are working on and will hopefully be available very soon.

We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not, you can return any item within 14 days of receipt, provided the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and in their original packaging. To begin the returns process please email us at: email@example.com with your order number, item/s to return and reason for return.
We will be happy to issue a refund, which will go onto the original payment method used when you made your purchase. We are not able to refund any postage charges and you are responsible for the shipping cost on returning an item back to us. We cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of any returned parcels, so please send tracked and keep your tracking number.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges for orders placed online. Please return your item/s by post or in store and place a new order.
On the rare occasion that an item arrives faulty or damaged please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package by either phone: (01494) 721626 or email: firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a return. We will refund any postage on a faulty or damaged item, and ensure you are reimbursed for standard return postage on the item up to a maximum of £6.50.

You may return your items to our shop in Old Amersham.

As our online and in-store systems are separate we are unable to process your return immediately. We will give you a receipt as proof you have returned the item then our online team will process the return and refund you as soon as possible.
How long will it take to deal with my return?
Once your parcel has been received by our team it can take up to five days to process your return.
Please remember it can take three to four days after we have processed a refund payment for it to appear on your credit card statement.
